Review | Our Little Secret by Roz Nay

Review: 4/5

Thank you, St. Martin’s Press for this phenomenal read!

Who would have thought that such a brightly covered book could be so dark?

I had no expectations when cracking open this book. It’s a debut and usually that’s enough to know it could go either way.

He was a rarity, a resilient light, and with a world full of choices surrounding him, he continued to choose me.

Our Little Secret blew me away.

I felt an instant hatred toward Angela, the person this story revolves around. Whether it was her nonchalant attitude or the emotionless way she spoke, I just knew I didn’t like her and yet, I could not stop reading this book!

Whether I liked her not didn’t matter. This was Angela’s story to tell.

Like I said, Detective Novak, what love story ends in a police station interview room?

Our Little Secret is not a thriller that causes your heart to race. It’s not an edge-of-your-seat kind of read, but I promise you it’s one you haven’t read before. This book takes a hold of you until that final page. Yes. The FINAL page.

This is a book that can be spoiled by a single detail and I don’t want to spoil this book for anyone. Read it and enjoy the story.
