Peter Swanson is my favorite story teller.
I read Her Every Fear in 2017 and from that moment on I knew I was going to read every single book he’s written and every book to come.
When I first started reading The Kind Worth Killing I remember thinking to myself this is some sick fucking shit. I kept reading, knowing I couldn’t turn back now. Every time I made a prediction, Swanson simply wrote around it, proving that I had no idea where this story would take me.
The plot twists in this book are never ending. I mean that. The final page literally had my jaw on the ground. Lily Kintner is the character you look for in every thriller/suspense novel. You know she’s out of her mind, but you can’t help picking her brain page after page, wondering what she’ll do or say next.
“Everyone has a full life, even if it ends soon. All lives are complete experiences.”
Peter Swanson is set to release All the Beautiful Lies in April 2018 and I’ll devour that one like I did Her Every Fear and The Kind Worth Killing.
