Have you heard of Tiffanie DeBartolo?
Last year How to Kill a Rock Star was HIGHLY recommended by the lovely Kim Holden, author of Bright Side, and just reading her post about how much she loved the book made me want to read it.
I had to have it strictly because I’ve never seen someone feel so strongly about a book before. Within a week I had that amazing red-covered book in my hands. I was reading it with a friend and we were suppose to stick to thirty or so pages a day. Pffft. It was impossible! I devoured this book.
Every. Last. Drop.
For the life of me I couldn’t put it down. I fell in love with every word on every page. It was the first book in a very long time that actually made me feel something.
Eliza+Paul+music = a recipe for the best goddamn book hangover I’ve ever experienced.
This is a book I’ve placed in so many hands and it’ll always be one of the first books I recommend. Check it out! You won’t regret it.
“Personally, I don’t like inherently happy people. I don’t trust them. I think there’s something seriously wrong with anyone who isn’t at least a little let down by the world.”
